The Yale Keyfree Connected is the first smart lock in the UK to be compatible with Z-Wave systems, allowing homeowners to control their homes at all times, wherever they are.
As the very first of its kind, the Keyfree Connected Smart Lock, complete with a Z-Wave wireless module becomes part of a variety of home automation systems, enabling users to open and close their doors, grant entry to their home, and control other appliances simply by using their smartphone.
Z-Wave is a dedicated home automation communication standard that allows devices to communicate wirelessly using 868mHz frequency. Currently there is nearly, 1000 different Z-Wave compatible devices, allowing homeowners to pick and choose their desired level of home automation.
