Internal sales team leader Sara-Jayne Armstrong and sales administrator Lucy Wright now hold the prestigious Guild of Architectural Ironmongery (GAI) Diploma, the only programme of its kind in the UK. Following a three-year period of study, Sara-Jayne and Lucy are now qualified to offer customers expert advice on their ironmongery requirements as well as ongoing after sale support.
