IMPORTANT INFORMATION – Courses will clearly state any requirements for attendance such as proof you are a trading locksmith and a basic DBS check, please ensure this is available before booking on any courses. It is also a strict one booking per person policy, this is because training bookings are connected to the entry ticket of the individual.
Expo FAQs
Where is my ticket?
You will be contacted in advance of the event to gain access to your ticket, you will be able to print your ticket at home.
Why can I only buy training tickets for myself?
Bookings for any seminars are added to your entry ticket, your entry ticket will be scanned to give you access into the Expo and also into any training you’ve booked. This is why multiple people can’t be on one ticket and each individual should book there training separately.
Will my vehicle be safe?
Yes, we have arranged for on-site security day and night during the duration of the Expo.
Can I bring my partner?
Yes of course! You will need to ensure they are registered to gain access to the expo.
Can I buy tickets to the party at Expo?
No. Tickets must be purchased two weeks in advance of the event, this is because orders for food, seating plans etc are made well in advance.
Can I buy raffle tickets for the Saturday night Party?
No. Raffle tickets are only available during the party, the draw for prizes will also take place in the evening so the winners are in attendance.
Are there any hotels nearby?
Yes, there are a number of hotels on site, however we strongly suggest you check for availability, you can view hotel details on our website www.locksmiths.co.uk/expo
I still want to donate to the charity, how can I do this?
You will be able to give any donations on the MLA stand during the three days.
Saturday night party
Hosted in the Ludlow Suite at the Telford International Centre and tickets selling fast the Saturday night party is set up to be a fantastic event. Saturday 23rd October will be giving you the opportunity to let your hair down and enjoy an evening of live entertainment courtesy of the brilliant Pop Factor Party, an exceptional three course meal, awards ceremony and more.
As always, our charity raffle will be taking place during the evening, we have an array of prizes available including our Star prize of a short break all expenses paid trip to Germany generously donated by Abus, £150 Marks and Spencer vouchers donated by Henry Squire, A high security laptop case and bottle of champagne donated by Phoenix Safe, Mr Li domestic/household picking tools donated by NW Keys and more!
Raffle tickets are only available to purchase at the party night. 100% of donations will be donated to the NHS Charities together.
