The Yale Smart Security Ecosystem includes new Smart Security Cameras, one camera for indoor security protection and one for outdoor use, and for additional front door protection, Yale has also launched the Smart Video Doorbell.
Staying secure with Yale’s new Security Cameras
The new smart security cameras ensure that trade professionals can provide customers with reliable smart security solutions for both inside and outside their homes – that all work together via the Yale Home app.
The Smart Indoor Camera can be positioned where required inside the home, with 110° field of view and crisp 1080p HD footage. It’s possible to zoom in on areas of the property, and has motion-triggered recordings as well as night vision, giving all round protection for the user.
The Smart Outdoor Camera is designed to protect homes, driveways and gardens, whilst also acting a deterrent to any unwanted opportunists. The camera offers 1080p HD images as well as 154° field of view, enabling the user to view the entire garden or driveway. Whether positioned at the front of the property, the back or the side, the user can be aware of any unusual activity outside of the home.
Introducing the Smart Video Doorbell
Front door security continues to be a concern for many homeowners. The Smart Video Doorbell from Yale allows trade professionals to provide a smart solution to customers, offering an added layer of protection to their property, giving them peace of mind as well as additional convenience.
The new video doorbell has many key features, that bring a wide variety of benefits to the customer and the security of the property including:
- 1080p full HD images with live view and night vision
- Customisable privacy zones, giving the option to set up specific areas that the consumer wants the doorbell to exclude
- HD live feed for additional peace of mind
- Powered either via the built-in rechargeable battery or hard-wired into the mains
- 154° field of view and two-way audio talk
- Additional monitoring features, including human detection Al, vehicle, pet and package detection.
Integrating the Yale Smart Security Ecosystem
Both new security cameras and the Video Doorbell work together using the Yale Home app with no subscription required. The free Camera Plan facilities the connectivity with other Yale smart devices, such as Yale Smart Door Locks and Smart Alarms.
This connectivity allows for additional product integrations and functionalities, enabling trades to provide customers with additional security products which fit seamlessly with their current Yale security system. Trade professionals can then look to benefit from up-selling opportunities or the option to offer a full security package to their customers.
